He held key roles such as Force Interview Adviser and contributed to the professionalization of investigation processes.His efforts extended to research, guidelines creation, and training, especially concerning child abuse investigations.Currently the Managing Director of Investigative Interviewing Training and Consultancy Limited, Mr. Marlow continues to influence the field, providing training and conducting research in investigative interviewing. He has been recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions, including delivering keynote speeches and participating in conferences on child protection and forensic linguistics.His innovative works remain influential in the field.
